This track was special because, based on her interview with Rap-Up that she did with people who listened to her music could relate to her experience in finding love for themselves, and rethinking their beliefs about her. Cara is well-known for her ability to incorporate messages about mental health love and self-love into her music. All of Cara's music stems directly from her battle with insomnia, mental illness and other issues. According to a Reuters interview, she described the album as being half turbulent and half perfected. She found that therapy has helped her develop and encourages others to do the same.
